    Why is my screen flickering behind an open window not full screen?


    Why is my screen flickering behind an open window not full screen?It happens behind whichever app open, also behind task manager. It's not the whole screen flickering but rather just a few milimeters behind around the open app.Flickers every few seconds. The display driver is updated.
