Windows 10: Why is my screen sometimes flickering?

Why is my screen flickering at different moments?At random moments my screen flickers. I have already reset my computer when the problem had become worse it was bugging in apps and my computer was unusable. Since that first resetting, it happens here and there and if I restart my computer then it works as normal. I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
