Windows 10: Why is my sound not working when I updated from 21H2 to 23H2?

My HP desk top has no sound after i updated to 23H2, i have already reinstalled the drivers and also tried many ways to restore but nothing is working, Please help me

Why is my sound not working when I updated from 21H2 to 23H2?

So I had a windows 11 laptop and when it was on 21H2 the sound worked perfectly fine but when I updated it to 23H2 the sound doesn't work anymore! And even when I download the additional drivers in Home > Windows update > additional updates it doesn't work! So can anyone help me?

This laptop was gifted to me just a few days before my birthday and I've had it for 1 year and it has been factory resetted for important reasons and the reasons were that the taskbar was stuck loading so the windows key didn't work but I had classic shell and that made the windows key work and the Internet also didn't work and even when I restarted the taskbar would still get stuck on loading so I had no choice but to factory reset it by going to a restart point and factory resetting it and the reason why i had to use a restore point is because if I didn't and clicked on the reset button in advanced options it would give me an error and when I factory resetted it the taskbar was fixed and it was fine until I updated the laptop from 21H2 to 23H2

Important Note:

A few months after I had 23H2 I made a mircosoft account and entered the windows insider program and the sound also still doesn't work

 

21H2 to 23H2?

IMO, all updates should be covered. You can directly upgrade from 21H2 to 23H2, and skip 22H2.

 

21H2 to 23H2?

If I were to update from 21H2 to 23H2, does that include all the cumulative and security updates in between these two or will Windows install them separately?
