Windows 10: Why is my start menu crashing?

Hey GuysAbout 2 nights ago i set a new wallpaper on my pc, and whilst doing this i have found a setting that said: Set as tile.I didnt know what was it so i clicked nothing seemed to happen. Later i tried to turn of my pc and it wouldnt do so because the start menu was constantly crashing.How do i fix this problem?I have browesed many forums and tried every possible way i could find such as:SFC/scannow,trubleshooting in the control panel,I simply cannot find a way to solve this problem.I have deleted this picture , i hope i didn't make a mistake by doing so.Please help me. :

Windows 10 Start menu is empty

Hi. Steps 1 and 2 didn't do much but step 3 has restored what looks like the list of original Microsoft apps but no sign of any of the many apps I have installed. And there are no tiles in the start menu. Any suggestions please?
