Windows 10: Why is my system being hacked

After restoring my computer yesterday, the laptop worked fine until I went to bed. in the morning then I turned it on it had this message STOP CRITICAL PROCESS DIED who is hacking my laptop? when it was working it will no longer go into safe mode or my mode just showing this message. Are you trying to permanently deny me from the use of this purchased software I own?What do you intend to do about your software which is in this predicament? I spent the whole day yesterday with Microsoft Agent who was unable to resolve the issues. Do I have to use linux instead?

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

Email Hacked

Hello Greg

thank you for your response and the great information you provided.

I use two step authentication for my email account and all important web sites. I also use the full version of Malwarebytes to protect my computer.

But I will do the scans you suggested AdwCleaner and Limewire.com and let you know the results.

I am worried though that the webcam installed on my laptop could have been hacked. I never use it and forgot about it, so never disabled it.

Any suggestions as to find if it was actually hacked?

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
