Windows 10: Why is my taskbar and startmenu transparency so weak compared to others?

Here is my menu and taskbar with transparency ON: https://imgur.com/LZzmRig

I feel like the transparency and black color on my windows taskbar/start feels "off". I remember using windows 10 in the past and the transparency was way higher and the black was way blacker, now the best I can get is that greyish black(says full black is not supported)

I found these pictures of people using windows 10 with a much prettier transparency:

Does anybody knows the motive? I don't know if this is relevant but my winver is 1909.

taskbar tranparency

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I will surely assist you with this.

I would suggest you to change the desktop themes and check if you are able to see the transparent taskbar.

If that doesn't help I would suggest you to end the explorer.exe and restart it and see if you are able to see the transparent taskbar.

Please follow the steps below to restart explorer.exe:

stop and start Explorer.exe

    Right click on the taskbar and select task manager.
    
  • 
    In the process Right click on windows explorer and end the task
    
  • 
    Restart the task by clicking on the file and select new task
    
  • 
    Type Explorer.exe and press enter.
    

And see if it helps.

Personalization Settings for Colors for "make Start, taskbar and action center transparent" is not listed

I'm a tad confused. :/

I have Windows 10 installed on a PC at work and two PCs at home (Home and Professional).

But on my home PC the Personalization Settings for Colors for "make Start, taskbar and action center transparent" is not listed, but "Transparency effects" is listed and On; however this doesn't result in to the same
Transparency of the Start, taskbar and action center screens.

Why are the Settings options different or configured and listed differently on PCs running with same version of Windows?

How many variations are there?

Where is the definitive help (when "Find a setting" shows options that are not available in reality).

How to reset windows transparency?

I have different transparency on taskbar and startmenu after trying this instruction:

​I tried change "UseOLEDTaskbarTransparency" to "0", and delete DWORD. but it didnt change to default taskbar transparency. Any way i can reset this? I Have this problem about one month.
