Windows 10: Why is my time displaying reversed?

I configured my time format to read short: HH:MM long HH:MM:ss
On the configuration page it looks great, for example 14:35
However on my task bar it displays 35:14


I laptop is a DELL and my OS is windows 10

Help please

Display

Hi,

To increase the display timeout, I suggest that you follow the steps below:

• Select Desktop and click Personalization.
• Select Lock Screen, then Click on Screen time out settings.
• Change the required time in the drop down under Screen.

If I type shift+2 it displays " and when I type shift+" it displays @ its reversed how to fix it

This issue may occur if you have installed language pack more than 1 or 2 in your system, I suggest you to check the language settings and check if it helps.

  Click your language

  Click the "Options" button.

  Remove any keyboard layouts you don't want to use.
