Windows 10: Why is my user folder 27.0GB? I have already deleted files in C:\Users\*My...

So I have 2 user accounts on my pc. The one I use on a daily basis The one on the right, it's folder is 27.0GB according to the "size on disk" section here is a screenshot of it. I have redacted my usernames and date created. As I said I have already cleared the Temp Folder and uninstalled a lot of apps. Please help

Can't delete a user folder from C:/Users

Descriptive:

I have a folder that might be a old user from old Windows 10, now I'm using Windows 11. I want to delete that folder but it always return an error like "You required permission from USER/Administrator", meanwhile the current user I'm using setted up as Administrator and I have no other user. I'm trying to delete it through administrator using "net user Administrator /active:yes" but I forgot the password so I can't log in into it. This user folder taking up so much space in my disk and I want to delete it

Question:

How to delete user folder from C:/Users that the user is don't exist / unanvailable / deleted?

Windows 11 23H2 (OS Build 22635.2771)

Update:

• I'm able to change Administrator password, log in into it then tried to delete the folder of a user in C:/Users but still failed. It still asking a permission from an administrator which it really don't exist in this PC
  

 

Vista Ultimate - 'User' Folder Location

No tried that.

Can copy the entire folder to D; but Windows still points to C as the location. Can change personal folders location to a folder on D;, but this still leaves hidden files etc on C;. Thus meaning there are 2 Users folders. Have managed to change the Public folder location to D;, with some registry tweaks, but this doesnt seem to work for the entire folder.

any more suggestions

 

C windows installer folder - Delete?

He can do symbolic link redirection and move the files in it to a different location. *Wink
Better try it out in a virtual of first. Just a suggestion.

Like:
First move everything in c:\windows\installer to d:\installercache
Then delete c:\windows\installer folder
Then type this in command mode as admin
mklink /d c:\windows\installer d:\installercache

Removing those installer files is a bad idea. it might prevent you from updating or uninstalling apps.
