Windows 10: why is my video stuttering when i maximize the video ?

Discus and support why is my video stuttering when i maximize the video ? in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; It's been few days since this started occurring.     why is my video stuttering when i maximize the video ?


    It's been few days since this started occurring. First i noticed it on hotstar and then on youtube. but idk why this aint stuttering in prime video. its not a hardware problem fs.

    Video Stuttering

    Not sure what started causing this issue recently but I’ve noticed movies have a frame stutter or refresh rate stutter or like frame drops on the Xbox Series X. It happens when watching movies on Disney Plus, Prime Video and Movies & TV.

    I tried all the suggestions listed around the internet. None of them worked. When using the apps on my Smart TV the stutter/frame drop isn’t there. Even when using screen mirror it isn’t.

    Just started sometime in March. Only thing that changed was an update in March. I have no idea what’s wrong.

    N82 Video recording Stuttering?

    Update on my Video stuttering...

    Formatted the phone, and memory card, and all is good now. No stuttering whilst videoing, and also smooth auto rotate in Nokia Image Exchange.

    Will reinstall all my apps, games, and themes one by one, testing the video, and NIE every step to see if anything I had previously installed was causing it. Im now starting to think it was just an unformatted memory card.

    My MicroSD is a 2GB Sandisk that came with the N82.

    Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

    I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.
