Windows 10: Why is my Win7 Solitaire being deleted at every Windows update?

I have the Windows 7 latest Solitaire on my Windows 10 OP. It is MY computer. It is MY operating system and it is MY Solitaire which I obtained from the original creator of the game. I paid for it all. Why is Microsoft deleting my game at every update? And no, the .exe file is not in my Recycle bin. It just gets completely removed from my computer. This is violating my personal space, Microsoft people! Keep your busy fingers off our choices and especially, when they are LEGAL!

Just an update, I deleted the $WINDOWS.~LS folder, gained 70MB back and Windows still works. Thanks for all the suggestions.

the following steps:

• Press Windows key + R to open Run.
• Type WSReset.exe and hit Enter.
• Open Windows Store and install Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

There are a lot of possible reasons why you are having this issue, one of the common reasons is corrupted statistics file on the account. To help you reset the statistics of your main account, we suggest
that you follow the steps below:

• First you need to close Microsoft Solitaire Collection.
• In Windows Explorer go to: C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\UserData\Guest\Statistic\
  
• Rename Statistic.ark as old-Statistic.ark.
• Then try to run the Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

The statistics file will be deleted, and everything will be set back to 0.
