Windows 10: Why is my Windows 10 icons black and white?

I recently downgraded from windows 11 to windows 10. My Windows 10 icon is black and white. Can anyone help me fix this? Screenshot below:

Wow. Thank you so much for taking the time to make a video tutorial. A lot of steps to change the icon color but worth it to me.

If I heard you correctly, this will reset every time Edge updates?

Hi,
I suggest you to check whether Apply Color Filter is set off or on. It should be off.

Windows 10 desktop icons not in order

In ccleaner, did you uncheck cleaning the icon cache... have not used in a while; however, I think that is what the option is called.

Now, if you are setting the icons and they move after you have set the settings and not changed them... you may have the "Random Windows 10 Icon movement problem".
Some people have this and some don't.
