Windows 10: Why is my Windows Defender showing this?

Hello!I have a Windows 11 Home device with Windows Defender in it. So, it says that a virus is detected it isn't showing a title and when I click the {Start Actions} button nothing happens. I tried restarting a few times. I also tried to kill all the Windows Defender tasks.How can I get rid of this?

Defender updates no longer shown

I suggest you to follow the steps below:

• Type defender in the search box.
• Click on update.
• Check for the date on which defender is being updated.
• If the recent date is mentioned then it will not show in the Automatic Updates.
• Also click on update definition and check if any update is pending.

To troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you check the Windows Defender service if it's running. If you are using a third party spyware/malware program, it may disable the Windows Defender service. To do this, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + R key.
• Type services.msc.
• Right-click Windows Defender service and click
  Start.
