Windows 10: Why is my windows getting cropped while scrolling with outside crop area seems stuck?

I am also encoutering same issues - after i clean installed windows in PC due to some reasons and i'm now regretting that.My screen is getting cropped while scrolling and other outside cropped part is stuck. I have tried evrry thing - but but my ubuntu partition does not have any kind of this issue - so surely windows is causing the issue.also in windows when you press fn+printscreen for screenshot - issue gets temporarily gone.Idk where to download the archive ISO images of windows?ANybody can help??

Getting white edges when cropping in 3D paint

The title says it all. Steps I'm taking:

• Open/Browse/Select an image
• Click Canvas: adjust pixel sizing to as close as I can to my desired pixels - usually this adjusts either height or width to my needs but I need to crop the other.
• Click Crop: crop the image
• File Save

Sometimes, I get a nice clean crop. Other times I get a white edge on one, sometimes 2 sides and it's usually not the side I cropped. So If I crop in from the left, the right has a white edge or sometimes the bottom.

Any tips on how to avoid this?

PS - I tried to add an example file but since this background is white, the white edge isn't viewable.

 

Cropping photo in paint

Crop gets enabled when you press Select next to Crop and select an area in a picture. Could you please confirm if this is not the case?

How to crop shapes?

There is no Crop Tool that allows the user to crop the grouped shape. However, I recommend you to refer to the steps provided below

1)Copy/paste the grouped shape you want to crop to the clipboard.

2)Click on the bottom half of the Paste button on the Home ribbon, then select the Picture icon.

3)Now you can use the Crop tool that appears on the Picture Format ribbon.
