Windows 10: Why is my windows having fullscreen effect after downgrading

I used windows 11 and I wanted to downgrade to windows 10, I did it. I started to get fullscreen effect on bordeless mode that has long black screen. My windows bar when I press windows key, menu goes to red and I dont know if my monitor or its windows issue when downgrading it.

Automatically moving a fullscreen window onto a new desktop

In Windows 10, there is an option to open an app in a fullscreen view. This way, it will be possible for you to make the fullscreen window move to a new desktop. Follow these steps to do so.

• Right click on the application.
• Select Properties.
• Click on the Shortcut tab.
• Beside the Run option, click on the drop-down menu and then choose Maximized.
  
• Click on Apply button and then click OK.

I would try these:

• Get your Windows 7 media device and reinstall Windows
• Try auto-repair
• Follow these steps:

1. Put in your Windows 10 media device, boot into the USB
2. Select your language and keyboard input, then click next.
3. Click "Repair this computer"
4. Go to "Advanced options"
5. click system restore
6. Select a restore point before you downgraded to Windows 7.
