Windows 10: why is my Windows latest update 11 22H2 not updating or downloading ..

why is my Windows latest update windows 11 22H2 not updating or downloading . it appears to down load and install but actually does not !. i have tried numerous methods and none work and have error codes 0x8007001f the most common then 0x 80070483 then 0x80070652 I've tried some 14 times now and getting annoyed at the inability to down load and update my windows 11 on a year old Dell computer ..anyone any advice please be greatly appreciated .??

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

 

22h2 missing in update

If 22H2 is not listed on the Windows Update page, as an alternative, you can use the "Windows 11 Installation Assistant" to upgrade to 22H2. Visit the following link to download the tool.
