Windows 10: why is my windows store can't open, it loads everytime

I've done what's in the youtube tutorial, but nothing works. I also see it says "access denied" what's wrong?oh and i can't download anything in my laptopp. anyone send help for me pleasee

Method 1:

I suggest that you reset the Windows Store cache as per the below mentioned steps and check:

  Press Windows key
  and R key together to open the Run Window.
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe
  and press Enter key for the command to execute.
  

Method 2:

You may try to run the in-built Windows Store app troubleshooter and check. Follow the steps:

• 
  Press Windows Key + X.
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  On the left pane, click on View All.
  
• 
  Click on Windows Store apps to run the troubleshooter.

Windows 10 Store opens for no reason by it's self.

Hi,

To resolve the issue with your Windows Store, we suggest that you reset it by following the steps listed:

• Press Windows Key + R to open Run.
• Type wsreset.exe, and click OK.

It will show a command prompt window which is blank, but it is clearing the cache. Just wait for the Store to close and open automatically.
