Windows 10: Why Is my xbox forcing me to pay a specific game by card?

Do basically, I'm trying to buy the new Call of duty: Modern warfare 3 and my xbox keeps asking me for a Mastercard approval yet I'm trying to buy it with Microsoft account money. I have enough for the game aswell, so why is it asking me for a Mastercard approval? It's not cause its PG18, because I've bought a different cheaper game for £4.00 and it let me without asking. Can someone help?

Are you able to use a Xbox Gift Card to pay for games and DLC's on Xbox360

I am confused by one thing on the Xbox gift card info page and it is that it says

• You can’t use the Xbox gift card to purchase content from the Xbox 360 Marketplace or Xbox 360 content on the Xbox One.

So if I wanted to buy a game, say Goat Simulator, could I do it on the marketplace? Or will I need to buy it off of the Xbox website, then download the game onto the Xbox. Please answer as I don't want to waste $25 and not be able to get a game and its DLC's

Check Game Bar Settings:

• Open the Xbox Game Bar by pressing Win + G.
  
• Click on the settings (gear) icon in the Game Bar overlay.
  
• Ensure that the "Performance" overlay is enabled. You can toggle it on here.
  

Check Graphics Card Compatibility:

• Make sure that your graphics card is compatible with the Xbox Game Bar's performance overlay features. Check the manufacturer's documentation for compatibility information.
  

Create a New Local User Account:

• Since you mentioned that you don't have the "Local Users and Groups" feature available on Windows 10 Home, you can try creating a new local user account and see if the Game Bar functions properly there.
