    Things that don't work:

Can't turn on/off Bluetooth. The toggle button that is supposed to be there is not there.

    Cannot remove Bluetooth device.

I'm trying to remove Bluetooth devices because the computer has stopped recognizing them, even though they are paired

Several hours after restarting, the start menu button becomes unresponsive and I have to restart using task manager.

Continuously switches my default browser back to Edge I keep setting it back to use Chrome.

Volume control does not work. It's either full volume or mute.

Any number of things randomly does not work. I get exception errors, software "has stopped working" at least 50% of the time I use Office 365 apps.

This is the most garbage OS I have ever seen.

Note: I've already done hardware diagnostic on the machine and it is perfect. I've also done a factory reset at least 6 times at the direction of Dell. Each time I installed all the updates afterward.

    :)

  3. Windows 10 infinite restart black screen

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
