Windows 10: Why is one drive telling me its going to delete my files despite currently only using half...

This is troubling. I am also locked out of many important features that I like to use. For example I am unable to edit my one note pages, it tells me I'm out of space when I'm not.This is seriously disrupting my workflow and time. note images: https://imgur.com/a/HpriUQJhttps://imgur.com/a/8nFinff

deleting hard drive files

May we know what type of file are you trying to delete? Would it be Office documents, media files, or picture files? If you're trying to delete files for free some space on your device. We suggest to perform a Disc Cleanup. Kindly follow the steps below to
perform the task:

• Type in Cortana Disc Cleanup
  
• Choose the files to delete
  
• Click on "Clean up system files"
  
• Click on Ok

Deleting DVD Drive (F files

Hi,

Your file might be currently utilized by an application on your PC, preventing it from being used. You can delete the file by closing the application that is currently using your file. To do so, follow these steps:

• Search and open the Task Manager.
• On the Processes tab, search for the application which currently uses your file.
• Select the application and click End task.
• You can now delete the file.

My files are not going in Recycle Bin

This problem is fixed now.

I don't exactly know the solution but I used two Tune-up and Utility
apps,

• CCleaner
• IOBit's Advance System Care 10

Just scanned for problems and junk and applied the suggested fixes. After that the problem is gone.
