Windows 10: Why is OneDrive so impossible to uninstall and so difficult to recover my stolen files?

I have been trying for a long time to recover my files, practically stolen by OneDrive because its settings are made to save everything in the cloud and make it very difficult to maintain on my PC. Now the free space I have on OneDrive is full, which I am finding out that all my documents were only being saved on OneDrive? And now when I want to transfer them it won't let me because 1 OneDrive is full and 2 OneDrive is the heaviest thing on my PC, so it takes up file space, but moving them on the PC would be like duplicating them, so I don't have space on my PC to copy the files that already

Windows 10 - OneDrive

Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

Uninstalling Difficult Programs

AVG 8.0 and some other items Id like off my computer.Is there a good uninstaller out there somewhere?Ive tried to uninstall from my control panel and even through Hijack this and no luck?Thought it wouldnt be a problem but is turning out to be a challenge.Any suggestions would be of great help?Thanks!!!
