Windows 10: why is Reliant energy interupting games?

trying for two days to play games and Reliant energy pops up an add then you can;t play!

Most of the games I play are wifi reliant, but some aren't. What do you suggest I switch it out for (keep in mind, $3000 is my absolute cap).

system interupt again

richard..no errors. screen freezes for sometime up to 5 mins . with system interupts at 100%. it happen at the time watch vidios playing games . in emails. does not matter what you are doing this happen after an update . have reset my comnputer 6 times
now . and it still come back . thanks
