I do not have it installed. SharePoint List Data View crashes IE

Try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to add the website under trusted sites in Internet Explorer and check if it helps.

Follow:

• Open Internet Explorer
• Click Tools/ Settings at the right top corner of the window.
• Click Internet Options
• Click the Security tab
• Click Trusted sites
• Click Sites
• Click on Add this website to the zone to add the site.
  

Step 2: Change the developer tools to IE 10.

• Open Internet Explorer, access SharePoint 2013
  website.
• Press F12 key from the keyboard, click on Emulation
  tab, select Internet Explorer 10 and check if the issue persists.

SharePoint List Data View crashes IE

I am using WIN10 and troubleshooting is not available. I have tried step 2 and that did not solve my issue. Just like the original author i am having issues with SharePoint. My issue started when i upgraded from Office 2013 to Office
365.

Here is the issue.

I am running Win10, IE 11, Office 365. I can use IE 11 for everything else with no issues. However when i go to my SharePoint site and attempt to open a list IE crashes right away. It is appearing as if there is some incompatibility between the SharePoint
and Office 365. This is a significant impact to my work. IE Edge and Chrome do not have the datasheet view that I need to use online.
