Windows 10: Why is size on disk different on a flash drive when I copy a large amount of files?

Hi, I've noticed that when I copy a large amount of files to a flash drive, the size on disk on the flash drive is different from my actual hard drive. Why is this?If it helps, my hard drive is an internal SSD and both drives are formatted in NTFS. I have Windows 11.Here's a screenshot of the properties of both folders on my hard drive and flash drive for comparison.

• What's the size of the file that you're trying to copy?
• Does the issue only occur on a certain file?
• Have you tried copying your files to a different flash drive? If yes, kindly check if the same issue persists.
• Have you tried checking if the same issue will occur when copying files from the flash drive to your computer?
• Have you tried using your flash drive on a different computer? If not yet, kindly do so and check
  if the same issue persists.

Copying movie to Flash Drive

One way on how to save and move files to a flash drive is by using the File Explorer in Windows 10. To assist you with your concern, to save your movie file to a flash drive, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Connect your USB flash drive to your PC.
• Navigate to the folder or location where you save your movie files.
• Right-click on the movie file and select
  Copy.
• Right-click on the Start menu, and select
  File Explorer.
• On the left-pane, double-click on This PC.
• Double-click on the drive letter that correspond to your USB flash drive.
• Right-click and select Paste.
• Wait for the process to complete the transfer.
• Once you’re done, you can safely remove your USB flash drive.
