    Why is Surface Laptop Go running slowly?


    I have a brand new Surface Laptop Go which has Intel Core i5-1035G1 CPU with 4GB RAM. It was received from the Microsoft store last week. Its performance out of the box performance is unacceptable. It runs unbelievably slowly and sluggishly, especially when compared to my other less my powerful AWOW nettop that has a meagre Celeron J4125 with 4GB RAM and yet runs perfectly for all basic admin tasks. For example, opening a new Edge browser window with this new Surface Laptop Go takes 10-15 seconds. Then typing simple text into a Google search box lags and hangs unnecessarily before typed charac

    Hello Jimmy, Why is Surface Laptop Go running slowly? :)

    This doesn't list the "Surface Laptop", but you might give it a try to see.

    *Arrow Boot Microsoft Surface from a USB device

    Otherwise, you should be able to use OPTION ONE below to boot from the USB from advanced startup.

    I have a few apps running slowly on my Surface Pro

    I have been online and tried all 10 solutions, uninstalled and reinstalled the apps

    And still the same, I dont know what else to do, how to I stop them from running slowly

    They have been fine
