Windows 10: Why is System32 so cluttered?

The most important folder in Windows is not organized at all, why? All the DLLs and executables and are just laying around in the same folder directory. Does it improve file access times, or does it make Windows easier to develop, or what?Second Question - In Windows XP, you were warned if you tried visiting ANY Windows or programs related folder. Today of course, there is permissions and stuff, but you still can directly access these folders and the read the contents. My mother, an absolute non-technical user, thought I was doing some "fishy" stuff when see saw text written in Arabic font, in

• Copy nvlddmkm.sys in C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\nv_dispi.inf_amd64_5518e59e8d3b48f4\ to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\ and replace the existing one.

Mail Clutter Folder

Does Windows 10 RTM Mail supposed to have a clutter folder. An article in PCWorld says when you click on the humburger icon at top left and then on more, you will see the clutter folder but I don't see one.

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if that helps.

• Go to the folder C:\Windows\System32 and sort by file type.
• Look for the screensaver file type (.scr).
• Find the file scrnsave.scr(you can choose any of the screensavers).
• Right click and select send to>desktop (create shortcut). The shortcut on my attachment, but when i click on it my screen goes off and on and nothing else.
