    Why is the appLicensing capability so restricted?


    I understand how it can use the system to bypass paid requirements, but I do not get how any paid app would have appLicensing.For free non-app-purchases-at-all apps, not using appLicensing is confusing.If I made a UWP notepad app, how would that not be allowed on the Microsoft Store? I'm not going to make a paid app or have some premium version or freemium, everything will be free like the user would love, I'm not aiming for money with IAPs/ads. What's wrong with it? Microsoft doesn't state how it's bad like a few other capabilities.
