Windows 10: Why is the balance slider in the audio settings changing both left and right at the same...

Hi,so I am using an external audio interface on wich i cant change the left and right balance and when I try to use the Windows 11 audio settings its changing both the left and the right slider at the same time. Is there a way to fix this or is the external interface the reason for the simultaneous changing?

Audio balance (left/right) [Lumia 930]

My 930 has Windows 10 Mobile, version 1511, OS build 10.0.10586.318, Firmware revision number 02540.00019.14484.37007

I would like to adjust the audio balance of the left/right channels as my left ear is significantly worse than my right ear.

On my desktop PC with Windows 10 I would have to go into control panel -> sound -> select my device -> properties -> levels -> balance.

I have seen such a slider on both Android and iOS, but nowhere on my 930.

I've noticed that, but regardless of the "default" balance, you can adjust the output left/right balance for your devices individually as follows:

1. Right-click on the speaker icon in the tray (bottom right of screen) and choose "Playback devices";

2. Right-click on the device you're using (that you want to adjust) and choose "Properties";

3. Click on the "Levels" tab;

4. At the right of the "Speakers/Headphones" area where you can adjust the volume, click on "Balance"; and

5. Adjust the left (L) and right (R) balance sliders as you like.

You can leave that balance slider window open while you're playing the audio selection and the balance changes will take place instantly.

 

Bluetooth headphones Left/Right Level Balance in Windows10..

just joined this forum.
i want to adjust my bluetooth headphones level balance slider move individually but when i slide one slider other automatically move with first one (image attached).
so is this possible to move slider individually..actually i want that sound comes only from right side and left side must be mute.
