Windows 10: why is the cup is not in the capability list if the processor is faster than many CPU which...

here are many CPU which are not compatible for windows 11 for example intel 7th gen processor. but t here is more cup which are compatible with windows 11 but there performance is not better than many intel 7th gen processor ex; intel Pentium gold Gold 4417U but this processor is weaker than intel i5 7th gen and i3 7th gen than why is that is processor is in the windows 11 compatible list . and why does intel 7th gen did not support windows 11 if Gold 4417U processor does support. why 7th gen i3 and i5 did not support can you give me a specific reason. ...or this is the marketing strategy to

because no other list shows all cpus listed on 1 single page all showing an equal amount of stats to compare, its faster, more neat, its simple, i already know of alot of people who know of the websites you linked to.. and yet they still like my lists too... whos the troll here? im just dedicated
