Windows 10: Why is the FILE properties data still shown when I remove all personal data from my photos...

Hi everyone. I hope someone can help me. If I'm in the wrong "room" for this topic, please let me know which Product topic below that I should select.I need to send some photos to a company, however I don't want any personal data included in the photos that I send -- especially my username and computer name. Hi LuizScruz, my pleasure to join the Microsoft Community.

The problem is to put some proprieties in my mp3 files, such as name of the band, album and music.

Example:

- Open properties of the file

- Details

- Fields on the right are not editable

- Remove properties and personal information

- Remove the properties

- interrupted action: Erro 0x8007000D: Data Invalid
