Windows 10: Why is the shutdown screen and the restart and the ctrl + alt + delete all, A black background?

I have been using I have been using Windows 11 in 2022. And when I shut down my PC or update it or restart it or on the ctrl alt delete screen it's all a black background?I get bothered when I do these tasks. Because a black screen just look's boring. Why can't it be by accent color? Or is the accent color only on Windows 11 Pro? Accent colors look better in my opinion.

• Have you installed all pending updates?
• Are you able to log into Desktop?
• Is the issue specific to Ctrl + Alt + Del screen?

Black screen error can occur if the computer is not up to date with all Drivers and Windows updates. Install all pending updates and check if that helps.

Try setting your background to 'Center', then add the custom color that matches your accent color in 'Colors'...

Hey

Windows 10 Color Control, another tool I've never heard of. I'm learning here.
So, I downloaded it, used it, changed the colors to black, clicked Apply... and unfortunately, the CTRL ALT DEL screen didn't change.
