Windows 10: Why is the sound output erratic whenever I open an app that uses camera?

Hi. I am experiencing this issue for weeks now, whenever I join a meeting through Google Meet or Zoom, I always play music as white noise, however, three weeks ago, when I joined a Google Meet room, the sound output suddenly became erratic. I could hear the vocals of the song, but no other sound, the voices from the meetings are not clear too. I tried rejoinging but it is still the same. How can I fix this? Thanks!

Sound Output for Specific App

I'm using an application called Elgato Wave Link. With this application I'm able to choose "channels" for sound output. But for this to work I need to specify sound output device in Settings > System > Sound > App volume and device preferences. Only active Apps are shown in that list and I don't want to open every app I can think off and change preferred output device. Is there a way for me to choose for all installed apps without having to open them?

Since the previous troubleshooting steps didn't resolve the issue, we suggest performing a
System Restore to get your computer back to its previous state.

Note: System Restore will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed but won't affect your personal files.

Let us know how that turned out for you.

Hi. Unfortunatelly System Restore only had one restore date and it did not solve the problem. Any suggestion?
