    Why is the top and bottom of white space on my screen pink and green?


    Hi all,I just got a new laptop and have an issue with it.All the white space on my laptop has a pixel of pink on the top of it and a pixel of green on the bottom... I do not like this is there a way to fix this or should I try to return the laptop?Cheers

    Hi Darius,

    To assist you, kindly answer a few questions to further isolate the issue.

    • What is the make and model of your laptop?
    • Are you able to see mouse pointer or access the Start menu?

    Why is the top and bottom of white space on my screen pink and green?

    Chrome---lots of white space at top of screen

    Not exactly sure how to word this. When I go to Chrome, this is what I see, from top to bottom:

    1. Tabs at very top.
    2. Address bar.
    3. Below address bar, huge amount of white space, then a line.
    4. Content.
    The huge white space takes up precious screen space. I want to get rid of it. At one point, Chrome/Google had some stuff there, which I deleted. But I cannot find a way to remove the white space. This wasn't there when I was running Windows 7 two weeks ago.
    Now I am running Windows 10.
