Windows 10: Why is the volume on my monitor so low even if it’s at 100?

Before I used to be able to play games at 30-40 but now I have to set it at 100 for the desired volume. This problem started yesterday and it’s only the monitor’s problem since my headphones don’t seem to have the problem. I redownloaded some sort of audio driver that the troubleshooting wanted me to do

Monitor Speaker volume low.

I recently bought an Asus Proart monitor which has speakers built in. I bought this monitor because it had speakers. When connect my new PC to the monitor with an HDMI cable I get video but the audio volume is very low. It is almost diifficult to hear. I have set the volume to 100%. The ear phone sound is fine, What am I doing wrong.

I've been having troubles with my computer's sound settings. My speakers are extremely quiet. I can only hear them extremely low when I raise my volume to 100%. My speaker's volume settings is at maximum as well. All of my wires are plugged in, and the volume mixer settings works normally. Thanks in advanced for your help.

but use Bluetooth Headphones play with Stereo is low sound

100 volume like 1 volume sound

and play with Hands-free AG Audio is correct sound

100 volume is 100 volume sound

I try ...

1. install windows updates many times
2. use regedit set DisableAbsoluteVolume
   
   0 to 1
3. reinstall Stereo A2DP Driver
4. repairing Bluetooth Headphones
