Windows 10: Why is the Windows security pop up extremely laggy?

This pop up



which thankfully I don't have to interact with much, is ludicrously laggy. It can take upwards of a full minute after I start typing for any letters to actually appear in the fields. Its almost impossible to actually enter my info to it because of this. Why the heck does it lag so much?

Extremely Laggy Windows 10 UI

Hello, I get a extremely laggy UI notifications in taskbar and the startmenu button. Never should/have this problem in windows 8.1. As soon as the UI has gone the lag goes.

Specs

Intel 4670k

16gb Ram

GTX 770

250gb Samsung 850 ssd OS

500Gb Samsung 840 ssd

120gb Samsung 840 ssd

Since you are still getting this pop up window, the next suggestion we have is to reset the network. Kindly refer to the steps below:

• Click on Start.
• Go to Settings.
• Select Network & Internet.
• On the Status tab, click on Network reset.

Doing this will make Windows forget the connection credentials and other networking components. You may have to re-enter you WiFi credentials if you will attempt to connect to your home network.

- Do you get any error message, if yes what is the exact error message?

- When you say "blocked my security from McAfee ", what exactly happens?

- When exactly are you get the Pop ups?

Please let us know the update that has been installed before this issue.
