Windows 10: Why is the Windows Sub system for Android restricted to the USA?

I have just been reading the announcement of the impending arrival of Android 13 and the subsequent improvements to the Windows 11 android subsystem that accompanies it.I followed the links provided and see that neither I nor others can try it out, because the Windows Android subsystem is only available to US customers at this time. My question is quite simply "WHY?"What is so special that we "foreigners" are not allowed to try and buy,

Unable to set restriction for local user in Windows 10

  How did you noticed that user is still able to access the drive?
  
• 
  Did you log into the local user account and check the permission?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below to restrict the user.

• In File Explorer, right click on the drive which you want to restrict.
• Click Properties.
• Click the Security tab.
• Click on Edit to change the permissions.
• Uncheck all the permission for system.
• Click OK and make sure the change is applied to all subfolders and files.

Sub, Sub forums

I was thinking that maybe we could, since we've had it done with "graphic's cards", that we could have sub forums for other things like "motherboard & memory", "over clocking & cooling"


Like for Motherboard & Memory it would be something like

Motherboard

• AMD
  
• Intel

Ram:

• DDR
• DDR2
• DDR3
• Sodimm....

Then with Overclocking & Cooling


Overclocking:

• Overclocking System
• Overclocking Graphic Card

Cooling:

• Air Cooling
• Water Cooling

I know that some stuff my not get enough traffic to make the "sub forum". Just thought it would be a better "user friendly" for people not known to use this site..
