Windows 10: Why is there a connection to http://trouter-azsc-ukwe-0-a.trouter.skype.com/?

I reguiarly control my network, looking for odd things in output anbd event logs.I recently found this entry: Log Name: System Source: Microsoft-Windows-DNS-Client Date: 4/8/2023 11:33:46 PM Event ID: 1014 Task Category: 1014 Level: Warning Keywords: 268435456... Description: Name resolution for the name trouter-azsc-ukwe-0-a.trouter.skype.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded. Client PID 11088. Event Xml: http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event"> 1014 1 3 1014 0
