Windows 10: Why is there a five e minute delay advancing to the next level in Premium Solitaire Challenge

There is a delay of at least forty seconds and as long as five minutes to get to the next level in the Solitaire daily challenge. WHY?????


I am able to access every other part of the web while I am waiting for Microsoft to advance.

I am working on the daily challenges.. With that said.....how do you get to the next level after 1-10. The next level which is locked is 35 What happened to the 11-34 game challenges to get to 35?

 

How do you go to next levels in Solitaire challenges ??

Truly I know how to play solitaire but I am referring to the challenge levels and how you can get to them after you have finished 1-10. I see nowhere that allows me to go on to any further. I hope I was a little clearer. SO......please help!!
