Windows 10: Why is there a loading next to my cursor all the time

Hello, my cursor has the "loading" circle around it all the time, even if nothing is running. It seems to glitch as it does two full circles as well. Looks like in task manager there is nothing wrong but its still pretty annoying. I dont know if its a bug in the windows it started after the latest update or if i got a virus windows defender shows nothing. In files manager most used section there also is a E:/ folder with a question mark over the logo and i can not open it or use it or delete it. I do not know if it is related. I have no idea where it came from.Thank you for any advice

Thank you both for your prompt replies, I tried all steps listed, some I had tries previously but I still tried them again, but still no cursor.

Do you have any other suggestions?

I suggest you to follow the below steps to change loading cursor.

• Right click on Start button and Click on
  Control panel.
• Control panel Window will be open, change the
  View by: Category to
  Large icons or
  Small icons.
• Select Mouse and click on
  Pointer tab.
• Select Busy and Click on
  Browse.
• Choose aero_busy from the list.
• Click Apply
  and OK
  to save.

Cursor Loading All Of the Time - Windows 10

A spinning cursor indicates a task that is still being processed or there is a task that has not been completed yet. However, its not normal if its happening for long rather than a short period of time. To resolve this, I suggest you follow the steps provided
by SpiritX MS MVP on this
link.

To help you activate your second monitor, refer to the steps below:

1. Log in as the Administrator of your computer.

2. Search for Administrative Tools.

3. Select Computer Management.

4. Choose Device Manager.

5. Locate your Display Adapter.

6. Select the arrow on left to drop down devices.

7. If it says Windows Basic Video, then you need to download the driver. To do it, right-click on
Device and choose Update Driver Software. It may take about 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete it but it will surely make your second monitor work.
