Windows 10: Why is there a thin White line in my desktop background?

So I recently updated windows and after restarting the system I found this thin white line in the center of my screen. I haven't installed or updated anything recently rather than windows. This line is not some kind of windows as it is nor selectable or interactable. And also this line can be seen only in the background. It doesn't draw over apps. It's just in the background. At first I thought it was some wallpaper related issue so I changed the wallpaper and it still shows up. Also it's not coming from any app cuz I checked and closed all the apps running in the background. It still doesn't

White lines on white background

Hello,

My lumia 800 displays a vertical white line, one pixel to the right on every black, or near black pixel(I have noticed that for text, not shure if applys to graphics also).

That happens only in applications with white background(like mail app).

Is it because of the screen or it's normal?

 

Solid White as a Background

hey,

As I can see, no white background appears in the list of Solid colors.

You may google White picture, save it to the desktop and set it as desktop background.

Hello Mike,

If I understand it right; to change the background color of your toolbar from black to white, follow these steps:

1. Right-click on your desktop and select Personalize.
   
2. In the left-hand menu, select Colors.
   
3. Scroll down until you see Choose your color and select it.
   
4. Choose the color white, or a lighter shade of your preferred color.
   
5. Your toolbar should now have a white background.
   

If you are still having trouble, please let me know what type of toolbar you are using and on what device or operating system.
