Windows 10: Why is there box appearing on my computer screen?

A black outline box is appearing on my senior mom's computer screen. Remote access software was installed as a result of a scam she fell for. The remote access software on her computer was on her machine for about 6 days. The box displays on her screen whether she is online or not. Also, it seems like her mouse is behaving strangely.

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it

Mail app- dot appears in text box.

As of now, I would suggest that you perform the steps mentioned below and check if the issue persist.



Step 1: Run App Troubleshooter.

• On the search bar type “Troubleshooter”
• Click on troubleshooter, on the left view pane, locate “View All”.
• Then locate and click on “Windows Store Apps”.
