Windows 10: Why is there no bootable drive when BIOS recognizes said drive and first in boot order?

Error code 0xc000000e, NO bootable drive found on startup, despite the fact bios recognizes windows boot manager and it is first in the boot order.

SATA drive not being recognized on Gigabyte Mobo

After I updated the BIOS to the latest version 8 I was able to have the SATA recognized.
After running sfc /scannow for maintenance I can't get the SATA drive to boot first. It is recognized in the BIOS and is listed first in the boot order under Advanced BIOS Features.

When the IDE drive boots it is not recognized in either Windows Explorer or disk management.

Any thoughts on why I can't see the SATA drive anymore would be appreciated.

 

bios keeps switching my boot drive

If your NVMe drive is not showing up in the boot priority list, it's possible that the BIOS settings may need to be adjusted. Here are a few things you can try:

Ipod bootable drive?

I want to know if I can make my ipod a usb bootable drive.. will it mess up my ipod? I need to flash my video card back to normal.. Neros bootable cd gave me an error. I used a step by step guide, but thats another story.
