Windows 10: Why is there no easy way to change the function keys in Windows 11?

I have tried a dozen ways I found to fix the function keys so I don't have to use the fn key to access the regular functions such as f11 full screen function, but there is just no way. I tried the Windows Power Tool, but there is no selection for the fn button, so that didn't work either. I don't like having to go into Bios to change things because I'm not very tech savvy, and I'm afraid I'll break something else. Why did you take that option away in Windows 11? It was so easy in Windows 10. I just don't understand why you make things harder with every new version off Windows.

• Tap F2 ( Function Key).
• Then type the name and enter.

Is there an easy way to change Default File Associations?

I'm trying to change Windows 11's default Notepad app to Notepad++. I changed the default App in Settings > Apps > Default apps > Notepad. Changing the Default App for each file listed under the Notepad app, everything is good.

I looked into the files under the Excel App, and I see ".oqy" and ".rqy" that are still linked to the original Notepad App.

I want every file linked to the original Notepad App to now be linked to Notepad++. Is there an easy way to make sure every file changes? Or do I have to go through every App, one by one, file by file, to make sure all file types change?

Is there a way to change function keys settings in Windows 10?

I just upgraded to windows 10 on my hp pavilion laptop. I like to play games and want to use the f - keys without selecting the "fn" key first. Is there a way to change their functionality?
