Windows 10: Why is there no Keyboard and Mouse settings in my Roblox application in Microsoft Store?

I don't know why I can't change my Roblox settings to Mouse and Keyboard. I'm playing on my Personal Computer with a mouse and keyboard, but it still doesn't show up. It annoys me because I can't do anything since my monitor doesn't support touch features. My settings:Shift Lock Mode: ONCamera Mode: ClassicMovement Mode: Default Dynamic Thumbstick *There is no Keyboard and Mouse option*

Dear Chandler,I understand that options are not displayed in Roblox;

In that case I recommend you try to Reset Roblox;

Press Windows key + i and go to Applications;

Click Apps & Features;

Locate Roblox in the list and click on the three dots on the right to access Advanced Options;

Scroll down the page and click on Reset;

Now open Roblox;

Start some game;

Click on the Roblox icon (Top left corner of the screen);

Click on Settings;

In Camera Mode, set to Classic;

In Motion Mode, change to Keyboard + Mouse;

Check if it is now possible to use keyboard and mouse in Roblox;

Roblox from Microsoft Store error

May I ask if by update you mean a system update or a Roblox app update? I can understand that it must be a difficult situation for you when things don't work as expected. However, let's follow these methods and check if they work.



1. Microsoft Store Cache Cleanup

• Right-click the Start icon and select "Windows Terminal (Administrator)" -> Enter: wsreset.exe
  

2.Reset Microsoft Store

• Open "Settings" -> Applications -> Applications and Features -> Find "Microsoft Stroe", select -> "Advanced Options" and reset
  

3. Uninstall and reinstall Roblox

• Download it on the internet and use roblox from your browser and try to see if the problem persists.
  
• You need to uninstall roblox in the application settings (Settings -> Apps -> Apps & features -> find the roblox app inside the right input box and click uninstall), then click on the link here, click on the game and it will ask you to install roblox.
