Windows 10: Why is there no option to connect to my internet, or any internets?

When I click on network & internet in settings, it only says at the top of the screen that I am not connected. The Get Help button then says that it can’t run a networks diagnostics test, and to restart my PC, which doesn’t work, check for new windows updates, which there are none, or scan a QR code, which led me here. Please help me get internet again.

  Follow the on screen instructions and wait for the troubleshooting to complete.

If you cannot connect to Wi-Fi or use the Mobile Data on your HTC 7 Mozart device, we suggest that you follow the steps given on
