    Why is there no Phone support in UK? Email will not open on new computer


    I have bought a new laptop and everything was fine until I set up my email. Now it is asking me to set up an email address when I click mail even though I have already done so. When I try to set it up again it tells me I have set up an email address. Why is there no phone support in UK and why is there no help except community? What the hell is going on?

    Supported phones for Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview Mobile

    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

    When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.

    Opening email

    When I click on the Mail tile on the start page of my laptop outlook opens and I can see a list of emails but when I click on any of the emails, outlook disappears. I have no problem opening emails on my phone. Any suggestions?
