Windows 10: why is there no sound coming from any device connected to my windows 11 pc?

I just built my computer and installed windows 11 via usb. the install went smooth and everything else is working fine. all new hardware. I have installed the latest drivers, uninstalled said drivers and then re installed them and still no sound. I've ran the sound troubleshooter multiple times, and it has resulted in no help or fixes. I've checked to make sure nothing was muted; I've checked to makes sure I had devices set as the default and I've tried enabling/disabling enhancements but still no sound. I'm starting to wonder if I forgot to plug in a cable in the pc for sound or something lik

Issue with Bluetooth Speakers Connected but not listed in sound devices on Windows 11

When attempting to connect my Vizio Bluetooth speaker to my computer, the pairing process is successful. However, despite being paired, the audio continues to play through the computer's built-in speakers instead of the connected Bluetooth speakers. Notably, the Bluetooth speakers do not appear in the mixer settings, preventing me from redirecting the audio output.

Observations:

• In Settings -> Bluetooth & devices -> Devices -> Audio, both Dell U2723QE and VIZIO SB3651 are listed.
  
• In Settings -> System -> Sound -> All Sound devices -> Output devices, only Dell U2723QE is listed.

Sound coming from both the laptop and headset in Windows 10

Method 1

I suggest you to run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter. Follow these steps to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter:

• Press Windows key + X and select Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the on-screen instruction to run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Uninstall and reinstall the Sound driver

I suggest you to try uninstall the Sound drivers check if it works for you.
Follow the steps to uninstall the Sound drivers:

• Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand ‘Sound, Video and Game Controllers.
  
• Right-click on the Audio devices listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.
• Select the option to Delete driver software.
• Restart the computer after its uninstalled.

Try to access the device manufacturer's website and download and install the latest chipset and sound drivers.
