Windows 10: Why is this error showing on my computer? fixing D: Stage 2: 100% 13 of 13; Total: 79%;...

I have installed an SSD in my computer in which my operating system is installed, whose drive letter is C and also I have installed a 1TB hard disk for storage, in which I have made 4 partitions whose letters are D,E,F. And is G. Since few days when I turn on computer, Repair D Stage 2 shows something like this fixing D: Stage 2: 100% 13 of 13; Total: 79%; ETA: 0:00:01. error Comes and percentage goes on, after that the computer turns on and if I want to format the D drive, it is not getting formatted and if I delete anything from the D drive, then when I turn the computer back on, it is

Fixing C Stage 1: 13% : ETA: 3:40:53 stuck problem.

My laptop sent me a error notification.

When I clicked it i got a desktop saying Fixing (C Stage 1: 13% , Total: 4%; ETA: 3:40:53.

And it stucked on this. Please help me to get out of this
