Windows 10: Why is this intrusive pop up box on the right side telling me an upgrade is available? How...

The window is unresponsive, it frequently comes back on top of the other windows. Virus like behavior, really obtrusive. This machine can't be upgraded, why am I still getting this and how to remove it permanently?

Pop-ups or pop-up ads are online advertisement that opens a new browser window when clicked or when the website was accessed. For now, the feature of blocking pop-ups or pop-up ads is available for browsers installed on PC's or desktops.

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it

 

Box kept popping up telling me to install Windows 10, and I always closed the box, how to stop it

Original Title: Hate Microsoft, period

For the past six months or so, a box kept popping up telling me to install Windows 10, and I always closed the box. At some point, I stopped reading the text contained in the box. So last night, the box popped up again, I closed it as usual, and then Windows
10 starts installing! I had to wait more than an hour for the installation to finish. Then I clicked "Decline," my PC was restored to its original Windows 8. I would up going to bed because I could not wait another hour while Microsoft hijacked my PC.

Here are my issues:

• Microsoft installed a Windows 10 icon on my PC without my permission, and I can't get rid of it.
• I did not want and do not want Windows 10, and tricking its users like this will not endear Microsoft to anyone.
• I would not install Windows 10 if only because I am so aggravated by Microsoft's aggressive and obnoxious intrusiveness.
• This should be illegal!
