Windows 10: Why is Tiworker burning my CPU to over 90º??

I have an MSI Laptop and i can run a High Definition Games with core temperatures around 60-70 grades, and now TiWorker is literally BURNING MY COMPUTER!

Burning Files To cdr

I tried to drag a .txt file to the burn list, as suggested above, but it will not drop in. I get a message "+add to burn list" but I cannot get it to drop into the burn list. Is there another step I am missing?

 

Windows Media Player stops preparing burn at 90%

I select an mp3 audio file to burn, place it in the burn list, insert a blank cd-r disk and click burn, the status of the burn states that it is preparing and it stops at 90% and does nothing else, how can I fix this problem and get my Windows Media
Player to burn cd's again?
