Windows 10: Why is tpm not available in tpm.msc and windows security?

Laptop:HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop 15-ec2xxxOS:Windows 11 Home SIngle LanguageVersion:10.0.26100 build:26100Processor :AMD Ryzen 7 5800HBIOS:AMI F29BIOS Mode:UEFII have enabled TPM and it is available in bios but it is not shown in windows security and also in tpm.mscon the other hand i also have problem with pcr7 not bindedIn device manager trusted platform module 2.0 is hidden and only amd psp 10.0 is present

TPM update

Don't know if this is the right place for this thread but whatever, laptop informed me that " a firmware update is needed for you security processor (TPM)," now, i looked up what to do and from a microsoft support thing, the last step says to clear the tpm. it has a warning saying to back up my data, i would like to know what clearing the tpm does, and what measures i need to take to make sure nothing goes wrong.

It's clear as mud. As far as I can tell, it's specific to Windows, not necessarily activated programs like MacAfee, games, etc etc etc. MS Office, I have no idea.

TPM not available

Windows Security is saying TPM isn't available, yet when I went into BIOS (HP) it says secure boot is enabled, TPM is available and enabled. Also checked in tpm.msc and found compatible TPM not found. In the device manager, I couldn't find TPM as well, only found AMD PSP 10.0 device. Also tried to install tpm diagnostics but I don't know what to do with it.

Is there any way to reinstall this "TPM" or is my computer not compatible with it? My laptop is HP Victus 16. It says the initial windows version was 10, but then it was upgraded to windows 11.
